Positions Available

Greeter: welcomes and guides participants and audience, accepts donations, offers programs, controls entry during performances.

Secretary: writes class and participant number on whiteboard, checks certificates and applies seals, counts out ribbons for under 8 year olds, records marks.

Adjudicator Liaison: introduces adjudicator to audience, reminds audience of festival etiquette, seats participants in order, collects music, assists adjudicator.

Ushers and warm up room assistants: Show participants to warm up rooms, assist or supervise as needed, usher participants to hall for their class. Stage manager and assistants: Prepare stage for participants, move piano, set up or take away chairs, stands and equipment. Set up/Tear down crew: prepare/clear the venue, move tables, chairs, equipment and bins, put up/take down signs
