The Sharing Place provides emergency access to nutritious food.

The Good Food Box

The Good Food Box offers a monthly box of fresh food for a low price. 

Salvation Army

The Salvation Army offers a food bank Wednesday through Thursday (call for an appointment) and a soup truck Friday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. 

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse offers bagged lunch pick-up Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 12 noon. 

St. Vincent de Paul

The St. Vincent de Paul Society offers a food bank Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. 

St. James Anglican Church

St. James offers a loonie lunch on Wednesdays from 11:00 am – 12 noon and a community breakfast on Sundays 8:30 am- 9:30 am.
